KELLY M. GRAHAM – Kelly serves as the Capital Credit Program Administrator in the Office of Economic Development in the Alabama Department of Revenue. Ms. Graham is a graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery. She has been with the Department of Revenue for 13 years, and has worked in the Office of Economic Development since it was created in 1997.
