LAWRENCE LOKKEN - is Hugh Culverhouse Eminent Scholar and Professor Law, University of Florida College of Law. He was formerly Professor of Law at New York University School of Law. He is also co-author of a six volume treatise, Federal Taxation of Income, Estates & Gifts (together with the late Boris I. Bittker), which is published by Warren, Gorham & Lamont.
