RONALD A. LEVITT RONALD A. LEVITT - is with the law firm of Sirote & Permutt, P.C. in Birmingham, Alabama. Mr. Levitt's practice areas include business planning, tax planning, closely held business law, family business law, mergers and acquisitions, federal tax planning, state tax planning, health care law, and estate planning. Mr. Levitt has been listed (currently in Tax, Corporate, and Health Care Law sections) in The Best Lawyers in America by Woodward/White, Inc. for over 15 years. He is a Fellow in the American College of Tax Counsel. He is a former chair of the ABA Taxation Section's S Corporation Committee and the Alabama Bar's Tax Section.
