Mr. Ey has been the Editor of the Birmingham Business Journal since June 2006, which is the largest and perhaps the most well-respected business publication in Alabama. Prior to that, he was Managing Editor of the Baltimore (Maryland) Business Journal. He is a 1900 honors graduate of Loyola University (Maryland) with a degree in journalism.
