LARRY B. GILLEY - began his career in 1970 as a member of a national accounting firm. In 1977, he joined and helped establish the Huntsville, Alabama office of MDA Professional Group, P.C., where he serves as an officer and member of the firm's Board of Directors. The focus of his practice while at MDA has been in the areas of tax and business consulting with an emphasis on closely-held businesses. 

Mr. Gilley is a graduate of Auburn University and is a member of the American Institute of CPA's and the Alabama Society of CPA's. He serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the American Institute on Federal Taxation, is a member of the Huntsville Estate Planning Council, and is a member and former chairman of the Alabama Society of CPA's State Taxation Committee.
