HENRY H. HUTCHINSON - is a shareholder in the law firm of Capell & Howard, P.C., having offices in Montgomery and Opelika, Alabama. He has been awarded the following degrees: A.B. by The University of the South, J.D. by the Cumberland School of Law, and LL.M. (Taxation) by New York University. 

Mr. Hutchinson's principal areas of practice are corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and federal and Alabama taxation. He has represented clients in federal and state tax controversies at the administrative level and in state and federal trial and appellate courts, has participated in the drafting of Alabama tax and property transfer legislation, and has served as counsel to the Alabama Legislature with respect to certain tax matters. 

Mr. Hutchinson is a member of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association and a member and past President of the Tax Section of the Alabama State Bar. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and a Trustee of the American Institute on Federal Taxation. He is a former member of the Board of Directors and past President of the University of Alabama Federal Tax Clinic and of the Estate Planning Council of Montgomery. He has been listed in the Best Lawyers in America since its initial edition.
