GERARD J. KASSOUF - is Vice-President of L. Paul Kassouf & Co., P.C. and a Director of the firm's Professional Services Group and the Healthcare Consulting Group. He received his Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts and Masters of Tax Accounting degrees from the University of Alabama. Mr. Kassouf is a Certified Public Accountant, a Personal Financial Specialist, a Certified Financial Planner and an Accredited Estate Planner. 

Gerard J. Kassouf is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Alabama Society of CPAs. He is a member of Affiliated Healthcare Advisors, Medical Group Management Association, The Rotary Club of Birmingham, The Estate Planning Council of Birmingham, The Birmingham Tax Forum and serves on several civic boards. He is on the Board of Trustees of American Institute on Federal Taxation. 

Mr. Kassouf is active in a wide range of charitable organizations, including The Birmingham Asian Art Society, The Mountain Brook City Schools Foundation, and the International Autoimmune Disease Research Foundation.
