JERRY D. KIMBROUGH - has been an Officer/Shareholder of Warren, Averett, Kimbrough & Marino, LLC since 1980. He serves clients in a variety of industries including, wholesalers, retailers, equipment dealers, as well as, real estate owners and developers. Jerry is also engaged in general business consulting, tax and business planning for Firm clients. He is active in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Ð Federal Tax Division having served as both a member and chairman of its Employee Benefits Subcommittee, as well as a member of the Executive Committee of the Division. 

Mr. Kimbrough has negotiated mergers and acquisitions for many of his clients as well as assisting clients in buying and selling of companies. He has been retained at various times as an expert witness by law firms to analyze financial information and determine asset values for companies in litigation. 

Mr. Kimbrough graduated with a B.S. degree with major in accounting from the University of North Alabama, 1973. He attended graduate school at the University of Alabama Ð Birmingham and completed requirements for CPA certificate in 1976.
